Our flap Discs combine the grinding aspect of a grinding wheel and the polishing aspect of a sanding disc. By cutting this typical two-step process down, Flap Discs save the users time and money.

For safe and vibration-free operating, our flaps are evenly distributed (equal spacing between flaps) and concentrically placed around the arbor hole. What’s more, the adhesive is distributed evenly, concentrically, and positioned to cover the largest area under the flaps.

Flat (T27) has a smooth grinding surface and is mainly used to grind the plane and the outside corners. The angle between the flat flap disc and the grinding work-piece during work can be ground and polished at one time, reducing the workflow.Our T27 High-Density Aluminum Oxide Flap Discs are best for smoothing and blending uneven or curved surfaces and recommended to operate at a 0-15° angle. Please follow ASNL B7.1 when using our flat discs.
