Use instructions:

1. Firstly, soak the sharpening stone into the water for 10-15 minute,
2. Then use 400/1000grit side for sharpening coarse grinding, later Polish the edge at 3000/8000Grit side for fine grinding.
3. Keep some water on the stone to stay wet.
4. After honing, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then put it in a ventilated place to dry.
